Due to supply chain delays, the necessary PEX tubing for the future radiant heating has yet to arrive. Nevertheless, other work has been done: notably the placing of a moisture barrier over the gravel base in the nave, and the installation of the necessary interior and exterior plumbing for future bathrooms and sinks.

Part 1 of Phase II will provide a 6” thick, structural concrete slab to the church’s narthex, nave, sanctuary, and basement as a foundation for the subsequent steps in Phase II.
