Congratulations to the seventeen children of our parish who made their First Holy Communion this year, on Saturday, May 15th, 2021.
Herman J. Breit, age 83, of North Versailles, died March 15, 2021. His funeral Mass is Saturday, March 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Most Precious Blood of Jesus Parish.

This Lenten season we would like to introduce the Institute of Christ the King Seminary Society to our MPBOJ parish by holding a "Sock Drive." Seminarians are only permitted to wear "above the calf black socks." To support our seminarians each family is encouraged to buy a pair of "above the calf black socks” and leave them in the receptacle at the side entrance by March 21, 2021.
In the months to come the Seminary Society-Pittsburgh will be creating prayer cards for seminarians, beginning a sponsorship program where families will be matched with a seminarian to pray for him and write letters to him over the course of seminary study. The Seminary Society also conducts fundraisers to benefit the seminary.

On Tuesday, February 9, 2021 Donna Marie Simelis passed away. Her funeral Mass is Friday, February 12 at 9:00 a.m. at Most Precious Blood of Jesus Parish.
