This year, over 100 Catholic Young Adults and the Canons of the Institute of Christ the King gathered for the annual Sursum Corda Retreat in Darien, IL. The heart of the retreat is daily Traditional Latin Mass, a one-night Adoration, the opportunity for confession and spiritual direction with the Canons, and the daily spiritual conferences. In addition, we were privileged to have the ample grounds of the Carmelite Spiritual Center at our disposal for a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, scenic walks, and socializing.
