Family Reunion of the Institute Priests
General Chapter in Gricigliano
Every year in August, the Institute's priests throughout the whole world reunite at the seminary in Gricigliano, Italy for a week filled with spiritual conferences, beautiful liturgies and meals in common. Returning to the house where they were formed as priests, over 120 of the canons, young and old, enjoyed an opportunity to meet with each other and share their experiences from the past year.
Pontifical High Mass offered by His Excellency, Bishop Luciano Giovannetti on the Feast of St. Louis.
Priests ordained in July give first blessings to their bretheren who were unable to travel for the Ordination ceremonies.
The canons also received from the Prior General their priestly assignments for the coming year. Please pray for them as they start a new year serving the Lord and His Church in their respective apostolates worldwide!
