Dear faitful, Monsieur Le Chef Chanoine Ueda will offer a special cooking class as part of our auction prizes to help us purchase our church. Chef Barbie Aknin who is a  professional chef trained at the famous La Varenne cooking school in France will help Chef Ueda.

Chef Aknin gives culinary journeys to the Côte d’Zur in Southern France where folks have the wonderful opportunity to stay on the same property where Julia Child had a vacation home and wrote her famous book, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.” For more information about Chef Aknin, please visit her website: CommunityCuisine.com.
