We close our 7th month of construction.  Work continues to progress on all floors and the new design layout on 1st floor has taken shape and final design is near completion for the Chapel.

Key construction updates include:

1st floor 1930’s wing
* East Refectory is being painted.
* West taped and finished with paint starting.

1st floor 1950’s wing
* All the walls are up and are starting to tape and finish the drywall.

2nd floor 1930’s wing
* East is being painted.
* West is being painted concurrently with 2nd floor 30s East.

3rd floor 1930’s wing
* East is painted and has finish carpentry items going in (base, casing, sills, door frames, etc.)

3rd floor 1930’s wing
* West Dignitary Suites 1st coated with paint and finish carpentry starting soon.

 
3rd floor 1950s wing
* Flooring in the rooms, window sills, wood base, sinks, electrical fixtures and switches, door frames and door casing.
* New windows and screens are complete in their entirety.
* WE Energies will be installing the new electrical service. 
* Mechanical room is taking shape with new water heaters and water softeners.
* The new Youth Camps bath/shower facilities is in its final stages of completion.
