Soon we will be closing our 8th month of construction. Work continues to progress on all floors, and the new electrical service is almost complete.

Key Construction Updates:

1st floor 1930’s wing.
* East Refectory is complete less finished wood trims and the new HVAC units being installed.
* West is complete less the new HVAC units being installed.

1st floor 1950’s wing.
* Painted. The new MEP finishes and units will be going in above the acoustical ceiling grid.

2nd floor 1930’s wing.
* East currently has the MEP finishes units going in above the acoustical ceiling grid.
* West work is complete less than the new HVAC units being installed.

2nd floor 1950’s wing. 
* The new MEP finishes and units being installed above the acoustical ceiling grid.

3rd floor 1930’s wing. 
* East is almost ready for above acoustical ceiling grid inspection with bathroom accessories and doors to follow.
* West Dignitary Suites is almost ready for above acoustical ceiling grid inspection with bathroom accessories and doors to follow.

3rd floor 1950s wing. 
* Is almost ready for above acoustical ceiling grid inspection with bathroom accessories and doors to follow.

WE Energies will be installing the new electrical service 6/27 and the mechanical contractor is starting to install the cooled water lines from the chiller into the building.
