Bishop Brennan – now Bishop of Brooklyn, New York – returned to St. Leo Oratory, the apostolate of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest in Columbus, Ohio, to confer the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Traditional Rite for the youth of the Oratory for the first time.
Over 40 Seminarians and Oblates Ordained: Ordination to the Minor Orders
On November 1st, feast of All Saints, the clerical tonsure as well as the minor orders of porter and lector, exorcist, and acolyte were conferred on more than 40 seminarians.

From October 4 to 7, the Institute's canons from all over the American province reunited in Detroit for several days of fraternity, recreation, and liturgies.
Building Our Provincial Shrine of Christ the King: Electrical and Plumbing Installation
Thanks to the great generosity and enthusiasm from our friends and benefactors from around the United States, the first part of Phase II restoration began in late August at the Shrine. This work involved excavation and grading of the interior floor, as well as installation of electrical conduits and plumbing.
Prayerful Recollection: Oblate Retreat in Marytown
The annual retreat for the Institute's oblates took place from September 20th to the 24th at the National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe in Marytown, Illinois.
