Are you Catholic, between the ages of 18 and 35,
and looking for fellowship with other young Catholics who desire to be formed in the perennial wisdom of the Church’s Magisterium? Then the Oakland apostolate of the Institute of Christ the King has what you’re looking for! Every third Thursday of the month features a meeting of Sursum Corda, the Institute’s national young adult group. (Please see upcoming events below.)
Meetings are held at St. Margaret Mary Church in Oakland (1219 Excelsior Ave.), beginning at 6 pm with the recitation of the Rosary in the church, followed by a talk by Canon Norman, a relaxed dinner and time for socializing, and the Office of Compline chanted in the church.
