Chef Chanoine Ueda...

Monsieur Le Chef Chanoine Ueda offered a special-one of a kind cooking class as part of our 2025 Gala auction prize to help us purchase our church. Chef Barbie Aknin who is a professional chef trained at the famous La Varenne cooking school in France helped Chef Ueda and the winners to cook a fabulous meal.
