Faith Direct, the company that handles our parish's online giving, is becoming ParishSOFT during October 2025. This is a planned upgrade to the existing system, and will mean little change to your stored donor information or donation selections.
One change that may impact you directly is that if you've selected 'weekly' contributions, the amount you designated will be deducted every week and not twice per month like under the prior system. You can continue to log in using your saved credentials and may wish to do so to select the exact days of the month that you want your contributions to be processed. Also, the entity on your credit/account debit notification will now indicate "Payment Brand Ministries."

This month, Faith Direct will upgrade to ParishSOFT Giving. Your account and payment information will transfer securely— no need to create a new account or re-enter your details. After the upgrade, you’ll log in to ParishSOFT Giving to manage your giving or make updates.

If you give weekly, your donation will now be withdrawn weekly, not bundled into one monthly charge. Prefer monthly? You can update your schedule anytime.

You’re no longer locked into the 4th or 15th of the month. You choose the day and frequency that works best for you.

Enjoy expanded digital wallet options, including PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The Transaction Date is the date ParishSOFT will process the contribution. Contributions are listed once for each Sunday of the month. Transaction Date Total amount indicates the total amount of your payment on the transaction date listed. Account changes after 9:00 AM ET on the transaction date listed above will be reflected in the NEXT debit period.
